VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Applications are invited on the prescribed form for the under mentioned teaching and non teaching positions for Quaid-e-Awam University College of Engineering, Science & Technology, Larkano, so as to reach the office of undersigned on or before 23.10.2012
during the office hours. Applications should include two latest
photographs; bio-data, attested Photostat copies of Certificates and
names of two refrees. Application forms can be obtained from the
office of Assistant Registrar (Coord/Meetings) during the working hours
against the payment of Rs.1000/-.through
Bank Challan/DD (non refundable) as processing fees. Application(s) can
also be made on the Form downloaded from the University website: www.quest.edu.pk
or on plain paper by giving full C.V. and other details which must be
accompanied with a Demand Draft of the amount as mentioned above in
favour of Director Finance QUEST, Nawabshah.

Candidates applying for the posts of Professor and the Associate Professor need to submit four copies of their Research Publications, properly binded.

Candidates who are already serving in Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel accompanied by NOC from the employer and such incumbents will be responsible for getting themselves relieved properly from their departments. An advance copy of the application(s) may be sent, so as to reach within due date.

Maximum age limit is 45 years; relaxable in cases of Government/Semi Government employees in exceptional cases.

In case of non availability of candidate(s), Age may be relaxed. However, there shall be no relaxation for qualification, publications and experience.

Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer is mandatory wherever necessary.

USC Moore School remains tops for international business
COLUMBIA – The University of South Carolina is being
recognized for having the nation’s top undergraduate international
business program, according to rankings in U.S. News & World
Report’s 2013 “America’s Best Colleges Guide.”
USC also earned accolades for its student-enrichment programs, including its first-year seminar, undergraduate research and academically themed residential communities, at a time when the university saw a rise in its student academic profile.
Across the USC system, USC Aiken is No. 1 among public regional colleges in the South. USC Upstate moved up one spot to No. 2, and USC Beaufort held at No. 8.
In addition to earning the No. 1 international business ranking for the 16th consecutive year, the Darla Moore School of Business broke into the top 40 for overall business education, moving up a spot from 41 last year. The school’s undergraduate insurance program is ranked No. 9, moving up a spot and listed among the top 10 programs for a third consecutive year.
